१ ) अजय भट्ट (Ajay Bhatt ) ::-- Co-Inventor of the USB. Chief Client Platform Architect at इंटेल . Ajay Bhatt rose to global celebrity as the co-inventor of USB through an Intel 2009 TV advertisement, where he was portrayed by actor सुनील नारकर ऑफ लॉस- येनजीलीस ( कॅलिफोर्निया )
२ ) अजित वर्की (Ajit Varki ) :-- Physician-scientist He currently serves on the National Chimpanzee Observatory Working Group and is a specialist advisor to the Human Gene Nomenclature Committee.
३ ) अमित सिंघल (Amit Singhal ):-- Google Fellow, the designation the company reserves for its elite master engineers in the area of "ranking algorithm".
४ ) राज रेड्डी ( Raj Reddy ):-- Founder of the Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University, winner of the Turing Award. He was instrumental in helping to create Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies in India, to cater to the educational needs of the low income, gifted rural youth. He is also the Chairman of International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad.
५ ) अरुण नेत्रवली ( Arun Netravali ):-- Scientist. Former President of Bell Labs. Former CTO of Lucent. A pioneer of digital technology including HDTV and MPEG4.
६ ) अरविंद राजारामन ( Arvind Rajaraman ):-- Theoretical physicist and string theorist . The first time that India received any medals in International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO) was in 1989, when four among six Indian participants received a bronze medal.[1] Rajaraman was one of these four bronze medal winning participants.
७ ) सत्या. न. अतलुरी ( Satya N. Atluri ):-- Aerospace and mechanics . He is Distinguished Alumnus of the Indian Institute of science, Bangalore.
८ ) सी. कुमार न. पटेल ( C. Kumar N. Patel ):-- Developed the carbon dioxide laser, used as a cutting tool in surgery and industry.In 1996, President Bill Clinton awarded Patel the National Medal of Science . Patel currently holds 36 U.S. patents relating to lasers and laser applications
९ ) खेम साहनी ( Khem Shahani ):-- Microbiologist who conducted pioneer research on probiotics, he discovered the DDS-1 strain of Lactobacillus acidophilus Khem Shahani died on July 6, 2001 while on a speaking tour in Sicily (Italy).
१० ) दीपक पंड्या ( Deepak Pandya ):-- Neuroanatomist . Deepak Pandya and his Slovenian-American wife, Bonnie, are the parents of American astronaut Sunita Williams.

१९ ) नरेंद्र शींग कापण्य ( Narinder Singh Kapany ):-- Engineer, called the "Father of Fiber Optics".He is a Fellow of numerous scientific societies including the British Royal Academy of Engineering, the Optical Society of America, and the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
Kapany lives in the Bay Area with his wife, Satinder. His son, Rajinder, is a hi-tech executive; and his daughter, Kiren, is an attorney and filmmaker.

२४ ) रंगास्वामी श्रीनिवासन (Rangaswamy Srinivasan ):-- In the Inventors’ Hall of Fame for pioneering work on excimer laser surgery. In 1981, Rangaswamy discovered that an ultraviolet excimer laser can be used to etch a living tissue precisely without causing any thermal damage to surrounding area. He named it Ablative Photodecomposition (APD).

३३ ) विजय रघुनाथ पंढरीपांडे ( Vijay Raghunath Pandharipande ):-- Physicist Pandharipande joined the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1972, becoming a faculty member there in the next year. He became a full professor in 1977 and stayed there the rest of his life.
३४ ) वेलायानुर स. रामचंद्रन ( Vilayanur S. Ramachandran ):-- Neurologist .
